The following terms are applicable for any reservation that You made on our website.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Cancelation Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SC STANDARD ADVENTURE SRL, Sediul: Sat Breb, Com. Ocna Sugatag, Nr. 204, Judetul: Maramures    .
  • Service refers to any Reservation.
  • Website refers to Casa Moroșenilor Rural Accommodation in Breb, accessible from https://cazare-breb.ro/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights & Conditions for Returns

Guests can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the reservation price if they cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival. Guests will be charged the full price of their reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If guests do not show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We were anounced. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Reservation, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
